Andrew and Chelsea’s rainy enchanting wedding day was held at the Bell Manor in Chillicothe, Ohio. WOW. When you have the view of rolling hills with fog all throughout them and love in the air- It doesn’t get much more romantic than that! With their friends and family by their sides, they couldn’t wait to be married. It was such a beautiful experience when they said their vows and committed themselves to one another. AT LAST! It was all smiles from there.
